Connect simPRO to Sage 50

Every completed job in simPRO gets re-typed into Sage 50: customer, lines, invoice. It's hours a week, it delays the invoicing, and the typos end up in front of customers.

The fix

A built connection between the two. simPRO has a proper API, so completed jobs can be read out cleanly. Sage 50 doesn't have a modern one, which is why the off-the-shelf tools don't offer this pairing; we use the wired-in route instead (more on that here). Once it's running, a job marked complete in simPRO becomes an invoice in Sage 50 on its own, same customer, same lines, no typing.

We run it alongside your manual process until you trust it. The person who did the typing reviews a list instead of building invoices.

What it takes

Usually one to two weeks, most of which is mapping your customers and cost codes correctly, not writing code.
